Ready to start your adventure on two wheels? The AM driving licence at Auto-École Georges 2 in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is specially designed for young drivers who want to get behind the wheel of a scooter. Thanks to an adapted teaching approach and safe practical sessions, we ensure that our students master the fundamentals of driving a scooter safely and with confidence.

The package includes the minimum 8 hours of training required to learn to drive a moped.

How the course works

5 Sequences

  • Sequence 1: Exchange on individual representations about driving
  • Sequence 2: Off-road training
  • Sequence 3: Theoretical background to the Highway Code
  • Sequence 4: Training for driving in public traffic
  • Sequence 5: Risk awareness in the presence of the minor's legal guardian

The law now requires specific equipment to be worn during training:

  • Approved helmet with reflective strips
  • 2-wheel approved gloves (NF, CE or EPI certified)
  • Jacket and pants (long sleeves, no windbreaker)
  • Boots or high boots

If the student is not in possession of his/her equipment, the lesson cannot take place but will be billed and postponed.

Documents to be supplied

Photocopy of both sides of identity card or residence permit

For minors: photocopy of the identity card of the legal guardian
(+ family record book if different surname)

Photocopy of ASSR 1

1 Proof of address in the applicant’s name + accommodation certificate (if different name)

4 ANTS-approved ‘ephoto’ photographs of the face

2 postage stamps at the current rate
